Terms of service

Ania Sports Photography is a sports photographer in New York. These terms cover the photo galleries and store at view.aniasports.photography and the website aniasports.photography.

• You sign in with your email — a link or code we send you. Up to 5 of your devices stay signed in.
• Accounts are for people 13 or older. Parents and guardians use their own account for their children's photos.
• Keep your sign-in emails to yourself and sign out of devices you no longer use (Account page).
• You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.

Team galleries are for the team's families, club staff and people they share them with. Sharing a gallery link is welcome; please don't share sign-in codes or try to get around the watermark or access controls. We may close access that is misused.

• Prices are in US dollars. Every purchase is a full-resolution digital download, covered by the photo license.
• Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number. Zelle and Venmo payments unlock once we confirm them; unpaid orders expire.
• Discount codes have no cash value and can be limited per customer, game or date.

• A pre-booking reserves every photo of a game at the price shown when you booked.
• With a card, we save the card and charge it only once the photos are published. You agree to that later charge when you book.
• With Zelle or Venmo, we email the payment details when the photos are published.
• You can cancel free of charge until the photos are published. If we find no photos of your player, we review the booking before charging and may waive it.

Photos are digital, so purchases are final — but if something isn't right (your player isn't in the photos you bought, a download doesn't work), contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right, including a refund where fair. Refunded photos can no longer be downloaded or used.

• Each published game may run a contest. The family who brings the most others who pay for photos of that game — at least the minimum shown — wins.
• Only new accounts count, created through your link or invite, not from your own home or devices. Purchases must be paid and not refunded, before the contest closes.
• The prize is every photo of that game free, plus a refund of what the winner paid for that game. It has no cash value otherwise.
• Ties go to whoever reached their total first. We may disqualify entries that game the rules.

Don't scrape or bulk-download the site, interfere with it, or use it to harass anyone. Photos may only be used as the photo license allows.

We work hard to keep the site running and your photos safe, but the site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the photos concerned.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. New York law applies. Questions: reply to any email you've received from us.
